Please join the N.C. Cooperative Extension of Moore County staff for the 2019 Farm-City Banquet on November 18, 2019, at 6:30 p.m. in the Moore County Agricultural Building.
The banquet will continue the tradition of showing appreciation and encouragement to the farmers and their families who contribute selflessly to the affordable food supply we all enjoy. Two of the highlights of the banquet are recognizing a Young Farmer of the Year, sponsored by Farm Bureau and the Farm Family of the Year, sponsored by Farm Credit. Other features of the evening include entertainment by local musicians, the South Ridge Bluegrass Band, and inspiring comments by our keynote speaker, Debbie Hamrick of the NC Farm Bureau Federation.
