Description: Cloverbud Livestock Camp:
This three day camp provides an introduction to livestock and animal care through hands-on activities, games and crafts. Each day will incorporate science and animals with fun educational activities. Snacks are provided.

Moore County 4-H is dedicated to providing youth with positive and educational summer camp experiences. 4-H Summer Adventures is a collection of educational workshops, field trips, and hands-on activities designed to give youth positive learning opportunities which focus on developing valuable life skills. These programs are presented by 4-H, the youth development program of Moore County Cooperative Extension.

Description:

Wood 101 is a workshop for hobbyists and craftspeople interested in learning about and working with wood for fun or profit. Those interested in carpentry, firewood, wood crafts, and products like decking and furniture will want to participate.

The low registration fee of $45 includes all educational materials, refreshments & lunch, and a complimentary all-day parking pass on campus. The workshop is being held in Hodges Wood Lab on the NCSU campus.

Class size is limited to 30 participants (waiting list will be initiated if necessary)
