Job Description Provides leadership and manages resource development for all county Extension program areas. Maintains an effective advisory leadership system representative of the county program of work. Responsible for marketing Extension programs and their impacts. Coordinates staff development and training, conducts performance evaluations, and aligns staff work responsibilities to county Plan of Work.
