The Moore County Commissioners recently established a Digital Inclusion Task Force to spearhead this effort. In the month of January, the task force is trying to get as many households as possible to complete the 5-minute NC Broadband Survey for one last final push. We will use the data collected to help identify underserved areas and apply for grant funding to expand internet service in Moore County. Currently we have 3.9% of households that have responded, and our goal was to be in the top 10 of NC counties (~7%).
