Moore County 4-H is an investment in your child’s development and future!

4-H is the world’s largest out of school youth organization with nearly six million participants nationally. The 4-H mission is to empower youth to reach their full potential, working and learning in partnerships with caring adults to create sustainable community change.

Through non-formal, research-based, hands-on education activities, 4-H participants gain knowledge and life skills enabling them to become positive, productive, capable, and compassionate members of their communities. 4-H has three primary program initiatives: citizenship, healthy living, and STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math).

4-H provides opportunities for youth ages 5-18 years old. 4-H is open to farm kids AND city kids – you do not have to live on a farm to experience 4-H!
